Refund and Returns Policy – Furness Raw Feasts

Thank you for choosing Furness Raw Feasts. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality Raw and Natural food for your pets. Please note that due to our products being perishable, your rights to return are different to non-perishable products but we will try to rectify any issues inline with the below policy

Overview

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the products have been delivered. All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

Order Issues

If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your products:

Incorrect item received.

Damaged items upon delivery.

Items that do not meet quality or safety standards.

To assist with your query, please provide the following information:

Order number

Description of the issue

Photographic evidence of the item(s) in question

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

If we have sent the incorrect product or if the product is damaged upon delivery.

If you provide evidence that the product is unfit for consumption due to quality issues (e.g., contamination, spoilage).

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the processing of refunds.

Exceptions

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for any perishable items sold, except as outlined in the ‘Order Issues’ section above.

If products are returned without prior authorization, we reserve the right to refuse the return and not issue a refund.

We are unable to accept returns if your pet doesn't like the product.

Delivery Issues

If there are any delivery issues (e.g., delay, missed delivery), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
